Incredible staff and strong showers

Every morning started with a delightful breakfast, paired with a strong shower that invigorated me for the day ahead. The staff remembered my name and always offered a helping hand. Store your luggage early and hit the local cafes!

I experienced a bit of noise from nearby renovations that echoed through the corridors occasionally. The limited breakfast choices left me craving more variety, but the taste was commendable.

Positive, The room was clean and spacious, with fresh towels daily. The staff was really helpful and allowed us to store our luggage before check-in. Breakfast was a treat, especially the Vietnamese sandwiches we ordered the day before. Plus, there were plenty of eateries within walking distance. 👍

Spent 3 nights here, and it was pretty cool. Super clean room and the staff were really nice. Breakfast was tasty, especially their yogurt! Only thing was the noise from nearby renovations, but it didn't bother us much. The location's ace, everything's walkable. Definitely recommend it!

The room’s size felt cramped with two large suitcases—definitely not designed for those traveling with lots of gear. The steep steps at the entry, while visually impressive, posed a challenge when hauling heavy bags. Additionally, there were issues with room readiness, causing frustrating delays at check-in and requiring a move halfway through the stay, leaving us waiting in the lobby unexpectedly, which drained energy after sightseeing.

Our stay at Piano Hotel was delightful. The room was exceptionally clean, and I appreciated the availability of a large shower. The staff's kindness was evident when they allowed us to store our luggage early and even provided a shower after check-out. The location was perfect, close to several sightseeing spots.

I stayed in the Deluxe Room for 2 nights. The room was spacious and comfy, and the shower had really strong water pressure. Also, the air conditioning worked like a charm. It was nice to be just a short walk from the market square and the breakfast options were decent, though not too many. The only downside was that the view could have been better. Overall, it was a solid stay!
